The beach of Nora, Spiaggia di Nora, with its golden sand and crystal-clear water with green-bluish hues and shallow seabed, can offer you most surprises. The Roman ruins partially swallowed by the sea, can be admired with the aid of a mask and flippers. And just a few yards from the surf, you can also ponder and visit the little Romanesque church dedicated to Sant’Efisio, rising from the spot where this saintly warrior was martyred, as is commemorated annually during the prominent festivities in honor of his name.
The beach is accessible to the disabled thanks to boardwalks, there are several bars and restaurants and it is possible to rent a beach umbrella and sunbeds. The parking lot in front of the beach of Nora is against payment from the month of May until that of October.
